ReplyDeleteHi, Carolyn! I bought a "Murder Mystery" kit on Amazon and it pretty much organizes everything for the host. It comes with invitations (which have character descriptions in them), a party planning guide, scripts for each character, clues, menus options and recipes, name tags, and an instructional CD.
ReplyDeleteThe basic premise: someone has been murdered and the dinner guests act out the script and try to figure out "who done it" (Basically "Clue" for adults). I don't know any more than the guests (I am not supposed to read any of the information until that night) so we're just going to figure it out together. It seems like it will be a ton of fun. If it goes well, we are going to plan a Murder Mystery night at the library!
This was such a fun evening. Thank you for including me. I think the patrons and community would enjoy a murder mystery evening.
